2. пофиксили так, что теперь стакается через раз, к примеру от исповеди и вовсе не стакается. я даже не прошу 3 стаков от неё, но хотя бы 1.

и это проблема не только исповеди, но и другие спелы иной раз не дают стак.
3. должен стакаться дух от лечащих заклинаний, как и написано в описании.

Procs from the following healing spells for holy priests (, didn't test for disc spec, but most of the info below is still relevant to disc spec).
Renew (only on initial cast, not on ticks)
Prayer of Mending (only on initial cast, not on bounces)
Heals (binding, flash, greater)
PW: Shield
Divine Hymn (once for each tick!)
Circle of Healing / Prayer of Healing (even procs off pet heals). You get one stack for each player/pet healed, so this will get your stacks up to 10 quickly
Does not proc off of Holy Nova or Hymn of Hope or Shadow Fiend.
Regarding Prayer of Healing and Circle of Healing, assuming you have a group of no less than 5, if you cast Prayer of Healing and follow up with a Circle of Healing you then will have a stack of 10! Quick way to reach the stack max and 780 spirit.
Divine Hymn is another great way to reach the stack max quickly as it procs once for each person and each tick. Assuming you cast Divine Hymn for its full duration, you will get 5 stacks for each person that it heals. Obviously, you'll hit your stack max of 10 quickly within 2 ticks if your Divine Hymn is healing 5 people.
и ещё немного комментов с вовхеда : For Holy Paladins, I did notice that each target Holy Radiance hits can trigger a stack from the trinket. I found it was a really quick way to build up stacks if you lose them jumping between platforms on the Madness encounter. As the buff only has a 10s duration, they will drop off from time to time on a fight like that. One cast of Holy Radiance, or just about any AoE heal I'd imagine, will build the stacks right back up.
