2.The damage of Echoing Void does not effected by Versatility. For instance, my chara has 412100 max health and 9% Versatility, the lvl2 Echoing Void deals 2472 dmg(0.6% of my health). When My Versatility lower down to 6%(health remain unchanged), the the lvl2 Echoing Void still deals 2472 dmg.
3.Quote from wowhead: "Versatility - Increases the damage and healing of the character by a percentage"; Echoing Void... dealing 0.60% of your Health".
