Quest: A Final Blow Bugged

Dear GMs,

On the quest A final Blow (Main History line Quest) on Pandaria, just on the beggining, we open the barriers to go UP on the fortress, on the top, we kill the captain, but the NPC to finish the quest is not there, can you help with this issue?
