3 - Apparently something to do with arenas, I never traded anything regarding arena competition, I never talked with any possible adversary, and as far as I know the games are cross realms and therefore pointless in trying to match with anyone in specific;
4 - I have no idea why i have been banned for this, I never used or did anything besides what is allowed ingame for as long as I played it, I believe it might be a mistake;
