i cant find the quests npc for If bones could talk https://www.wowhead.com/quest=51134/if-bones-could-talk i searched the whole map and i have done every quest in drustvar there is and the waycrest manor quests aswell i have opened my client x4 also repaired my charater aswell i cant find it. the second quest i cant start is https://www.wowhead.com/quest=52151/a-nation-united i have done every quest there is also i cant learn Umbra Shatter from the enchanting trainer even tho i have more than enough knowledge
