French client, special characters problems

Bonsoir, i tried to change language to french but i have troubles with special characters like éàœ etc, after lot of searches it seems it is linked with the server as with the same client, on other server, i can switch language to frFR without any trouble. Please tell me if you know a way to change to french without this issue ? Thank you by advance.

My problem is, when i switch the game to french on wowcircle client on other client, the special characters are not displayed. This only happens if i play on wowcircle.
