I had just recently, as recently as a couple days ago, came back to being able to play on the Wotlk x100 server that i have played on before. I had to stop for quite a lot of time because of real life situations but now i have an issue. I managed to remember my account just fine and was able to log back in and find that my characters were still there. The issue that I am having right now though is that all my stuff was gone, it appeared in the mail claiming to be from "customer support" so i get all the stuff from the mailbox and come to find out that half of my stuff is gone entirely. Gone in the sense that i never even got it before what so ever. I have attached a screenshot to show that I cant do heroic dungeons at all and that some of my gear is literally non existent. I dont know what happened, but i just want my stuff back, thats all.
