Ban clarification

Hi,

I got banned a long time ago (one year probably i don't remember anymore) with two other friends all for the same reason. We then stopped playing and now we decided to play again on the 4.3.4 Fun server, the problem is : my friends can log in and are unbanned but i'm not, but we all three got banned exactly at the same time and for the same reason. I wanted to ask you guys if you can unban my account too or do something because i'm the only one that can't play right now. I checked on the Control panel, it says my account isn't banned but i still get the message that my account is temporarily banned when i try to log into my wow account.

One of my characters is "Dimitryvodka"
