Solo que game lost

I got multiple insults and losses from that Paladin player and he seriously pissed me off, when such things happen it's never one sided action ... the shaman i played with is 2700 exped in solo que and it didnt come by losing games.
The accuser is not clean himself and posted only the thing i did and not the things that happened before that game. Insulting others after bad gameplay is also prohibited but i didn't bother to report anyone for that matter , because this game is not that important to me to ruin someone's accounts.
I request ban to be lifted or the accuser to be banned aswell for giving me losses aswell (look the records if you need proof).
PS: Three months for solo que loss is abnormal.
