Yesi thought you was asking for the account name. none of those characters have received anything from the store.
Hi, i have now received the 2 items on Sxrilla so would like to refund the item to ""Ryy"" if possible? i havent received the item yet but i am going to delete that character anyway
You can only get refund after filling the form. You need to capture a video for this form.
Now you should restore your Ryy char via control panel and stay online for at least 20 minutes to get your item.
