I forgot my email please help

I don’t really remember my email, and I can’t connect phone, not sure If It Is because I am trying to do It from US, but by some reason It just not going thru Is that any chance to change email some other way, because in the game I am getting message that I need to confirm email, so I can play as normal, If not a lot of game options not working…. playing at 3.3.5a x 100.
