Seems like the proc has some kind of cooldown or just can't regonize heals that come in the same instans. When I channel my holylight and throw my Holy shock jsut as it finish I only get Protector of the innocent once but if i just wait a half secoun with my holy shock I get the heal twice. I Belive this is not intentionally
