Они как бы висят в воздухе на одной точке, а не лежат на корабле, перемещаясь с ним. Их можно поймать в таргет на пару секунд, но не получается забрать - они быстро улетают.
3) Должны просто лежать, должна быть возможность их поднять, положить в сумку и отнести http://cata.wowroad.info/?npc=43082 По описанию с вовхеда - предметов несколько и лежат они в разных местах

I was able to locate the rope twice on the ship (there could be more locations)
The first one is right in front of you, when you ascend the stairs from below deck (it's near some sort of turning lever)
The second one is right from the first one (that is if you come from below deck), near the lamppost
Bottle of Whiskey Location:
I found the bottle three times (I think that's all of them)
The first one is on the right (when you exit the chamber where you got the Quest) on edge of a life boat.
The second can be found behind the left spool of rope (Point of view: Exiting Quest giver's chamber)
The third one is located on the lower deck, in a room where all the supplies are stored. It's placed upon a table.
