PvE high stamina build (33/0/38) "by Mosko from Azurmyst"

• This hybrid build has MAX HP as of both talents in arms and protection tree's that improve stamina. It has been tested on ICC10 and ICC25 with major success. It is good against bosses but have some problems with trash mobs.

• Tested for patch 3.3.3
