Why 2x heal is allowed?

Dreamstate its not dps, why healing talents ?

Desp playing Disci/dreamstate/war but he have full balance with just ns from resto build no other healing talents and its hybrid not like slizzard.

And the best thing what i ever seen normal disci priest with holy talents like GM said its hybrid not heal

btw, Hybrid priest its disci without pain supression and with silenece from shadow not 43/13/0 Oo

So if i will play with Holy pal/resto sham/war and shaman will resto talents and a bit in enhancements its hybrid too?

Where is the sense??
