On my character Firetorch on Legion server 7.3.5 x4 does not get the quest bigger is better to upgrade the garrison. My friend Metalheart on the same server has the same problem. Is it possible for us to get these quests or to otherwise upgrade our garrisons to the next tier? That would be much appreciated.
