Lets Revive the level 19 twink bracket.It's much more fun(RDF and BGS) and balanced this bracket.Let me know on comments section how you people feel about it.I really want to organize and unite 19s twinks for bgs and all.If you people are interested we can start building guilds on both faction.Let me know. :)
