Today I went through all the places again to see if I missed anything. Of course, I didn't get a mission anywhere, or there was no npc anymore. Because I've already done it. Last mission : Kill Desdel Stareye. He is still in place. I killed him again, walked out the door. There are 3 npc waiting outside. And that's it. No achievement. I also took pictures of everything.
