The purple teleporter runes in the Blasted Lands takes the player to the peak of a hill. There are two ways to be teleported:

1- if you have the quest You are Rakh'likh, Demon, just talk to Deathly Usher (it's a ghostly apparition placed close to one of these purple runes) and it will teleport you instantly
2- if you don't have that quest, you just step on one of these runes and teleportation happens instantly

That's how it worked on the official server.
Please fix it.
