30 second duration is for PvE , every snare is max 10 seconds in PvP. Mage talent Slow which grants 60% slow , 30% ***** of Tongues and 60% slowed attack speed is much more powerfull than this ... Blizzard doesnt want afflicton warlocks to be in top
