What should happen?
Every orb should increase the Mind Blast damage by 10% (boosted by mastery)
Casting Mind Blast should grant a buff to increase DoT damage by 10% (not 10% per Shadow Orb, boosted by mastery)
Mastery should boost both effects by 1.45% per mastery point.
Example:
Having 10 Mastery and 3 Shadow Orbs would resolve in:
Mind blast damage increase by 10% * 3 Orbs + 1,45% * 10 = 30%+ 14,5% = 44,5%
DoT damage by 10% + 1,45% * 10 = 24,5%
What do you see instead?
Buff for the DoTs depends on the amount of Orbs the priest has
Mastery is not calculated properly into the DoT buff
Mastery is (probably) not calculated properly for Mind Blast
