The rule seems to be that anything that has a specified cooldown doesn't work, while things with internal cooldowns of a minute or less do work.
В данном случае , дух от тринкета на использование не должен учитываться,
при этом и баф от энчанта - песня сердца и от таких тринкетов как - карта новолуния - цунами учитываться должны.
Если дух с тринкетов на юз работает на манатайд, то нужно чинить.
Но из вашего скриншота мало что понятно.
