Growl will eat Grounding Totems in PvP.
Grounding Totems will eat Freeze Traps.
Get your UI/addons to show when Grounding Totem is up, then make sure to Growl before you scatter/trap the healer/dispeller. This requires you to be aware of where your pet is at that moment (if it's out of range/LoS to growl it's target, or if the Growl target is not in range of the Grounding Totem, it obviously won't work).
Here's a useful macro for Growl (in pvp) so your traps won't get grounded by grounding totem.
/stopcasting
/cast Scatter Shot
/cast [target=pettarget] Growl
Since Growl is a melee range spell, the "[target=pettarget]" part of the macro will cause your pet to use Growl on whatever it's attacking, rather than wasting 2-4 seconds reaching to your current target.

I don't think you'd need a macro. Just growl the Shaman, or anyone within 20yds of the totem. If you target the totem specifically (which you can't do with a macro anyway), nothing will happen at all.
Easiest would be just to make a basic focus growl macro and keep the Shaman on focus (which is what you are probably doing anyway).

Vs Shaman
You can remove the grounding totem with growl (pet ability).
Pretty easy to make it into a macro, for example:
#showtooltip scatter shot
/cast growl
/cast [target=focus, harm, exists] scatter shot; scatter shot
