Не хотелось бы спорить, но Вы, или слепы, или просто не знаете о чем там пишут... Не используйте гугл переводчик.
В том сообщении написано все про спелл-предшественник БЩ, у которого и в правду были свои плюсы и минусы. Блок щитом блокирует 100% входной дамаг, как не крути, это было с лича, и по сей день никто свойства спелла не менял.
Заслониться щитом, блокируя все атаки ближнего боя в течение 6 сек. Эти блоки могут быть критическими. "Максимальное количество зарядов – 2." - это уже изменили чуть позже.

When this is best used is a tricky question, because Shield Barrier is so powerful and much more generally applicable, and using both at the same time is usually redundant. In general, though, if you're taking a lot of physical hits in a short period of time, this is a good cooldown to use, so the beginning of a pull with lots of trash or a phase of any boss fight where they make a lot of physical attacks in rapid succession make good candidates. It really depends on how much absorption you can put out with Shield Barrier, though. Blocking all the damage is better than negating some of it, no matter how you slice it."

Elecktron18, 100% Блок атак, в том смысле, что каждая физ. атака будет блокирована в течении действия способности.

Обычный блок = -30% от входящей атаки.
Крит. блок = -60% от входящей атаки.

Если судить с другой стороны... взять друида пала и дк ....то ети классы спокойно танчат подземелья... у дк уклонения парирование; маса хп; отхил, у друида также свой отхил немеряно хп и брони, у паладина роботоспособный блок и сново же отхил, а у вара танка спел не рабочий основной...и его убивает 3 стартовых моба из подземелия без поддержки хила, как то не разумно и баланса нет, ах да и есчо такой вопрос: на 78 уровне у моего вара с трудом 20к хп, в это время у дк 27+ у пала 25-27 и у друида 25-27, и это + ко всем недостаткам воина.
