Важно: При починке не задеть эффект замедления в PvP, составляющий 8 секунд, в PvE - 15 секунд (скорее всего идет за счет http://mop.wowroad.info/?spell=102354) и длительность дебаффа в PvE - 5 минут (все это работает корректно)

Док-ва к пункту в):"in the FF tooltip it says that FF "has a 25% chance to reset the cooldown on Mangle when cast from Bear Form".
