As of patch 3.0.2 this guy will be account bound instead of bound to the character that redeemed it - and even better, when you "learn" it with one character, the account bound item will remain in your inventory allowing you to send it to another character who can then learn it. (c) wowhead
так а я о чём? Я купил петов , заюзал на мэйне, перекинул на альта, а он пишет "кончились заряды", должен без проблем обучаться на любом персонаже , созданном на учётке.
