In short, I think Chi Brew wins out purely because it gives you Tiger Eye Brew stacks WAY faster. You can start with 6 tiger eye brew stacks with good mastery RNG right when the gates open and get your huge burst out way sooner than with Ascension. I'm in love with Chi Brew atm.
