Seems people are a tad unsure about how the proc works. When it activates it puts a fountain on the target, EVERYONE around the target gets healed for 245/second. So if it activates on a melee, it will heal all the melee near him, usually 10-15 targets. It's quite impressive. For shamans its increased by Purification and boosted further by the Druids tree Aura in raids. I see it ticking betweent 280-320 in raids. It's a very powerful weapon, it makes up about 5% of my total healing done in raids and would say its BiS.
