Взаимодействие частей спела которая накладывается на цель и на смого рога - должны висеть оба бафа, но действовать 1.

Полный алгоритм взаимодействия всех бафов такой:
1) Действует всегда баф сильнейшего.
2) Сильнейший снимает баф слабейшего.
3) Слабейший не накладывается если уже висит сильнейший(даже не смотря на то, что слабейший будет висеть дольше) или такой-же баф, но с остаточным большим временем действия.
4) На цели могут висеть несколько бафов, если бафы имеют не пересекающиеся побочные эффекты, вне зависимости от последовательности наложения и градации на сильнейший/слабейший.
5) Равный по силе баф снимает тот, что уже висит, если время его действия больше чем осталось предыдущему.
