[Vile Poisons] is now a Tier 3 talent, down from Tier 4. No longer increases the damage of [Envenom] ability. No longer increases poison's chance to resist dispel effects. Now gives you a 33/67/100% of the normal chance of applying poisons from your equipped melee weapons when you use the [Fan of Knives] ability.
