In live, 7.1.5, the tool tip reads, "Increases all of your damage and your pets' damage by <n>%."
For some reason, when I clicked the icon when I had enough Artifact Power for a second rank, the value of <n> remained at 5% in the text. I didn't get out any meters to check if that was correct, but when I reached the third rank, it correctly read 6%. Roundoff error?

Samething happened to me, now 6.5 is not showing. I bet 7 will show upon next upgrade
