Вообще с выходом ЛК буря била спелом, но потом нерфанули и стала бить физ уроном(по крайней мере я так понял), да и собственно когда писал первый пост я смотрел сюда http://www.wowwiki.com/Divine_Storm где черным по белому Holy, но не прочитал это "The original skill dealt holy damage, but shortly after patch 3.0.2 went live, the PvP community called for Retribution Paladin's burst to be toned down, as a result, this spell was changed to deal physical damage, along with other changes, such as the removal of all critical strike damage increasing talents from the talent tree".
Но все же для ретрика ап>арп, поэтому все остается в силе, 2 приговора гер и обычка лучше, чем чешуя и воля.
