I think i understand what this guy wants, to ban that mage because he doesn't dispell his hex? If that is so, you need to ban 70% of the people in the server. Shamans don't use tremor/cleasing, mage -> hex, paladin -> dispel, etc.. From 1000 to 2100 rate almost every one is like so.. That's why you are 2000 rate with 300 wins / 250 losses. (Умышленный слив солоки)
Hex is not the main problem, this guy stay afk when he has FULL HP.
