french wow in russian server (wow circle)

hi there,
i got a problem in names of some npc/items/pets/spells... when i play in the server, for exemple the ebon gargoyle in french is "gargouille d'ébène", but in wow circle the name is like gargouille d'&@b@&ne (all the words that have é,à,è etc will bug for me, and my macros will not works...) and also for the russian nickname of players i see like this ===>(?).
so any help please? any patch to download it, or anything, to be able to see all names correctly?

Good day. If there are problems in the macros, you can make them using a translation from WowHead. This is with regard to creating macros. As for the patch, you have to download the ENG version and adapt to it. But I think if you download an adequate version of the patch, then the problem with macros will also disappear.
