1) Players of Legion realm seem less interested in PVP, because of that, I suggest to turn on cross faction Arena skirmish and Battlegrounds. Because waiting times are very, very long and it will affect server in a good way only.
2) I'm pretty sure it's not only me who's unable to see Legion arena ladder in any bracket. It's probably turned off but a lot of players want to know what rank they are, and who are their competitors in high MMR games. Just turn it on please.
