My Account got suspended!

My Account with the Character "LunahsBoy" got suspended and i don't know why. I typed in the password maybe a few times wrong, not sure. Could you unban him or tell me the reason?

But it actually says, that the account is banned:

I used a VPN several times with different countrys, nothing is working. :/ Is there a specific county i have to use? Literally tried everything. I played for 1 Hour already so it isn't the VPN i think, but you probably know better so.. what should i do? What is the best solution right now? New account maybe?

Edit: // Got it working now. I don't know why, but the realmlist.wtf had a reset and changed to logon1. I changed it now back to logon3. Thanks for the help. :)
