Cannot change my old email cuz fergotten password

Hello i've returnd to playing wow since end of 2018 and this account still ha's my old email addres in it. I dont know my old password from my old email, i tried to retrieve the password multiple times but i just cant. So my question if u guys could change my old email to my new email i can verify this is me by any kinds u ask. Also there where no charachters back when i started playing again at end of 2018 u can check that also if u want. My old email is bjorgqzn@hotmail.com and i would like to change this to bjorg420@gmail.com if this is possible.
