I have this set on my enh. sham, It seems to have a 40-45 sec icd. I tried to push it lower by waiting for it to proc then activating hero/lust, lifeblood, speed pot, unleashed wind, wf totem and with hurricane on one of the weapons and thundering skyflare in my meta. My speed was well below 1s but I couldnt get the 2nd proc during that 40-45 sec window
IMO they need to chage these weapons to a ppm with no icd.
