Changed Language- It Changed The Portal

I opened the WTF file, changed the language. Went to log in again, it asked me what locale I wanted, I chose America, for English. Now it's changed the portal entirely away from WoW Circle and tries to connect to Blizzard's servers. So something somewhere isn't set right and I need the WoW Circle Legion server please so I can change the WTF file portal back.
