This ring can be worn alongside Etched Ring of the Kirin ***. Same goes for all the other versions of the rings, you can wear different tiers next to each other.

Is it possible? YES it is. Currently I'm wearing Ring of the Kirin *** alongside Inscribed Ring of the Kirin *** on my Death Knight. The teleports share the cooldown, however.
