quest problem in Tornheim

Hi there very happy to be on your servers,

My personnage name is Pumboo level 110.
I can not finish the quest: "Cry More Thnuder!" in Tornheim.

I can not reach the top of Thorim's Peak, coordinates : "41.30 80.09", because Vethir is bugged at the bottom of the mountain.

Can you help me plz ?

Maybe teleport me at the top or give me the quest.
It is a chapter quest of Tornheim to access flight in Broken Isles.
