Cancel your quest, logout, go to your folder Cache and clear it.
Go back in game, take again quest and go complete to final npc https://www.wowhead.com/npc=97074/huginn.
How do we take the quest again if we cannot go up to the mountain? Vethir should work before that.

No, I managed a way to return to the mountain (months ago, someone carried me in a double flying mount) but the quest was still bugged. And since almost nobody understands/want to understand english, and I dont know russian, it's hard for me to find a helpful hand.
