I tried many things. For one, I typed "Eng Shall Rise English Speaking Group" and "engshall" as short name -- both without quotes of course. It would not let me type anything longer for the short name. Perhaps it has to do with my client - I downloaded your recommended client 8.3.7 from the links on our main page.
