I finally found someone who were able to make me one of these. I was very keen to try it and was very happy when I discovered someone had it.
However the description is not right. The proc gives 320 haste -yes, but it does not last 6 seconds, sadly it only last 4 seconds, which makes this gem even less desirable. For a raid spec this could maybe be handy, but not sure if it is better than the WotLK metas. As for pvp I'm sure you could be good at taking the advantages of the proc, but when you only have a 4 secs time, it's very hard to take any advantage of it at all :-/
A Mystical Skyfire Diamond is a meta gem with a 15% chance to grant 6 seconds of 320 Spell Haste Rating, with a 45 second internal cooldown. The buff given is called focus. The gem can proc off instant casts, but they will not consume focus.
Patch 2.4.0 (2008-03-25): An undocumented change to this gem. Now the 1 ppm "Focus" buff lasts for 4 seconds and Increases Spell Haste Rating by 320. The buff still has a 45sec internal Cooldown, but is no longer consumed. When combined with general lag, this benefit is not noticeable.Причём тут TBC?Сообщение от IGor2D
