This little boy paths Valiance Keep.

He starts his patrol at Celidh Aletracker.
"I bet with all these new people here, Celidh, you've got to have some pets you want me to move to the stables."

At which point he is told "Here, take this horse over to your stable. Tell Ronald, "Hello"."

He will take a randomly selected horse over to the statue of King Wrynn, and talk to the horse at length.

"See this statue, boy? This is the king of Stormwind, Varian Wrynn. His son, Anduin Wrynn, was the king for a while. He's about my age, too. Can you imagine if I were the king? People used to come up to me because they thought I was the king. I guess we look alike.... If i were king, I'd have a horse like you. I'd make sure you didn't get lost, and I bet you'd make sure I never got lost. We'd be best friends. I bet me and Anduin would also be best friends, too. Friends are important. I'll take you to some other horses. You probably miss being around other horses. They can be your friend, too."

He then leads the horse to the stables behind the large keep to the south, where it disappears. He stands there silently for a long while (not telling Ronald "Hello") and then returns to pick up another horse
