Fast Start

Hello, wanted to ask for help. So there was some sale or gift 1 fast start for 1 bonuss, i bought it and now shows 560, but thing is, i never got it on any character, did restart game tons of times, created several character after apply, i keep checking on every character if i got it till now and nothing....
What i`m suppost to do to get it? Can it be some bug? Would really love to get it, if here i could get some help.
