и закрыли тему, но вообще-то в патче 1.8.0 убрали только трансформ одного предмета в другой - лук<>посох, т.к. с этим были проблемы (терялись энчанты)
но после выдавались оба одновременно:

Originally the hunter epic quest gave one item, instead of Rhok'delar and Lok'delar together, you could only have one at any one time.
The item had a use function that word transform the bow into the staff and visa versa.
I seem to recall there being an issue with this though; when you transformed the weapon you'd lose any enchant or scope on it meaning 99% of hunters were not using the staff at all.

This staff is NOT created at the same time as Rhok'delar. You have to talk to one of the ghost trees where you get the quest in felwood and click on his gossip-text to receive the staff after obtaining the bow.
