Druid Artifact quest line bugged

I reached lvl 110 and now started the Artifact quest line but in the second or third quest I must "clear the infection" in the emeral dream and then "Travel with Remulus" and go to the way of the emeral dream, I can kill the mob needed to complete the quest but the rest of the quest is bugued, help please, I need my artifact weapon :C

Which quest are you on? I am stuck because it only let me take the Fangs quest and I am god awful at feral
