Bug help in Legionx4

I submitted a problem in game here and have got no response. I tried asking in English chat on discord and nothing still. I know there is a way to revert quest in logs. I would like the quest that started the fangs quest chain removed and if you can figure out why the fangs was the only choice I would like to get either the claws(Bear) or the scythe(Balance). I can not complete the feral fangs quest. I tried but the enemy (Verstok) does a 1-shot Maim that is doing over 1.8mil damage. I would like to continue with my character but I am not able to advance with this issue. Reaching out here is my last resort. I am not trying to bug admin, but everything I have asked has been ignored. Thank you!

I wanted to add that I know you will be releasing Legion x100 at the end of the month. If that is your focus and Legion x4 will be shut down then I am okay with waiting. If that will happen will there be character transfers from x4 to x100? On x100 I will definitely make more alts but I don't want to lose my main :(

I apologise for my mistake in referring to the Legion x11 but I appreciate your reply. Here is the detail information of the issue.

Rensar Greathoof is the one who gives the starting quest for each artifact weapon. The quest from him to choose a weapon should look similar to this but it only gave a single choice of the Fangs of Ashamane for Feral druids which is the quest of The Shrine of Ashamane. The quest I would need to begin the artifact weapon quest for Guardian Druid is Mistress of the Claw which awards the Claws of Ursoc. If you need any additional information please let me know.
