Since the international forum is dead I'm posting here hopefully someone answer..
I want to talk about the dk frost talent "Thoughness" 5/5 = -30% slows/snare reduction.
The fact is, this talent stacks multiplicatively
with other same effects ability; like for exemple Troll with Da voodoo shuffle (-15% slows) should bring a slow effect of 10sec down to 6,55sec (Thoughness+Da voodoo shuffle = 30% +(30%×15%)), but in game if you are Troll dk + Thoughness you reduce only 10 sec slows to 8sec, and this is definitely wrong and bugged.
Any thoughts about this ?
